From Pixel to Model

A workshop tracing the journey of turning an idea into a tangible work of art — from creating and refining the image, to building the model, designing its parts, printing them, and assembling them. It explores the roles of AI in making art and its limits, and how an artist can choose the right production path based on the nature of the work and how deeply they shape the design and execution. Held in partnership with the 3D Printing & Laser Community Club, in collaboration with our partner Scitech, and sponsored by the Eastern Province Development Authority.

ورشة تستعرض رحلة تحويل الفكرة إلى عمل فني ملموس — من ابتكار الصورة وتطويرها، إلى بناء النموذج وتصميم أجزائه وطباعته وتركيبه. تتناول الورشة أدوار الذكاء الاصطناعي في صناعة الفن، وحدوده، وكيف يمكن للفنان أن يختار مسار الإنتاج المناسب حسب طبيعة العمل ومستوى تدخّله في التصميم والتنفيذ. تُقام الورشة بالشراكة مع نادي مجتمع الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد والليزر، وبالتعاون مع شريكنا سايتك، وبرعاية هيئة تطوير المنطقة الشرقية.
